Pineapple Syrup &
"The Life-Changing Loaf of Bread"

At one of our garden pot luck brunches Vicki brought Pineapple Syrup while Jody brought "Life-Changing Bread". The two
complemented eachother wonderfully. You can find the "Life-Changing Bread" recipe here...
Pineapple Syrup Ingredients-
- 2-3 cups fresh pineapple pureed in blender
- 1 cup organic beet sugar (it is what I had, use the sugar you prefer)
- 1-2 cups water
Boil water, dissolve sugar in water, add fruit, simmer 30-40 minutes to thicken, let stand to cool and transfer to a
bottle for pouring; can be strained or used with pulp. We used it for pancakes, but it is also recommended for cocktails.
